Ya-Wen Ho
Ya-Wen Ho graduated with her BA/BFA(Hons) from the University of Auckland in 2012. Her first book of long poems, last edited [insert time here] (Tinfish Press, 2012), documents her interest in process, found language,and cultural flotsam. In 2015, a Horeoeka/Lancewood Reading Grant supported her to read for three months, at the end of which she wrote a hyper-textual essay Dear You. In 2016, she was the?Ema Saiko Poetry Fellow in residence at the New Zealand Pacific Studio, Wairarapa. She is currently working towards an MA in Literary Translation at Victoria University of Wellington, making a case for typographic translation between Chinese and English writing systems.
